Chrisen is a Pilates educator with a BSc in Anatomy and over 16 years of experience in the Pilates industry.

Having taught more than 20,000 classes and trained over 500 Pilates instructors across multiple countries, Chrisen is known for making complex concepts practical, accessible, and immediately applicable in real-world teaching environments.

A presenter at industry events and international Pilates education conferences, Chrisen specialises in helping instructors develop stronger cueing, programming, class flow, confidence, and teaching skills.
